Your Qualifications

You are a leader who can both strategise from 30,000 feet and execute flawlessly on the ground. You bring:

• Deep Domain Expertise: Hands‑on knowledge of SaaS applications.
• Specific experience in EPM/CPM‑based technologies, preferably around FP&A or Supply Chain platforms (preferred).
• Proven Presales Leadership: Demonstrable experience managing and inspiring a team of individual Presales contributors while navigating a complex, multi‑stakeholder sales environment. Ideally you have grown and managed a team in the region.
• Regional Experience: A track record of successfully managing a team in UAE or the Middle East.
• A Change‑Maker's Mindset: You have led teams through transformation and are comfortable driving and managing change.
• A Player‑Coach Mentality: The ability to both lead and execute, rolling up your sleeves to help your team win.
