Job summary

Pactive Sustainable Solutions seeks an experienced Solar O&M Supervisor to oversee on-site maintenance across multiple solar facilities in the UAE. You will bridge office and field teams, ensuring that preventive and corrective maintenance, cleaning, and emergency callouts are completed safely and within SLAs.

You will manage field technicians, contractors, and inventory while coordinating with engineers and clients to optimize performance and uptime of solar plants.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years hands-on solar PV O&M/installation experience.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory leadership experience managing field personnel and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, and supervise internal technician teams and third-party subcontractors across scheduled site maintenance activities.
• Lead Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules and ensure components are serviced per manufacturer guidelines.
• Lead rapid response actions for Corrective Maintenance (CM) tickets to isolate faults and minimize downtime.
• Oversee module cleaning routines with water quality benchmarks to prevent warranty issues.
• Manage site-level inventory, tools, PPE, consumables, and spare parts, including calibration.
