Dunkin’ UAE is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee a cluster of Dunkin’ stores, driving sales, profitability and standards across locations. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, brand integrity and exceptional guest experiences.

The successful candidate will manage budgets, lead store teams, and implement local marketing initiatives to strengthen market presence and ensure consistent performance across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of multi-unit management experience in QSR or F&B.
• Proven budget management, P&L analysis and cost control across locations.
• Track record of sales growth and delivering operational excellence in QSR.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational and commercial performance of multiple Dunkin’ stores.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, food safety and company policies.
• Drive sales growth, profitability, cost control and P&L performance.
• Manage inventory, reduce waste and improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular store audits and address performance gaps.
• Coach and develop Store Managers and store teams.
• Strengthen employee engagement, performance and career development.
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience across all stores.
• Implement local marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, landlords and regulatory authorities.
• Prepare performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations.
