Job summary

You will write clean, tested code, participate in reviews, and ensure reliability, performance, and security across microservices and cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS. Collaboration with regional and global teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with modern languages (C#, Java, Go or Python).
• Experience with Docker, Terraform, Dynatrace and Kafka.
• Strong React, TypeScript, Next.js, HTML and CSS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop cutting-edge services that will transform the hospitality industry in the UAE
• Write clean, maintainable code with high unit and integration test coverage, and participate in code reviews and design sessions
• Conduct reviews focused on reliability, performance, load testing, cost efficiency, and security
• Improve service observability through metrics, dashboards, alerts, and proactive monitoring
• Promote engineering best practices and drive automation initiatives to continuously improve solution quality and productivity
• Manage incidents, problems, and changes effectively, including prioritization, escalation, root cause analysis, and resolution of critical system issues
• Collaborate effectively with operations and technology partners, demonstrating strong communication and diplomacy skills in regional and global environments
