Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
6+ years in customer success, technical support, or engineering in a high-tech B2B environment.
Proficient with Salesforce and Jira for case management and collaboration.
Strong technical expertise in LTE/5G networks, telecom protocols, and IoT solutions; troubleshooting with Wireshark, Splunk, or SQL.
Native proficiency in Arabic and professional fluency in English for local stakeholder engagements.
Experience with analytics, cloud/SaaS solutions, and AI adoption and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

Advocate for customers and drive business development with operational excellence.
Lead strategic engagements and quarterly business reviews to communicate KPIs and deliver insights to leadership.
Leverage analytics and AI tools to anticipate customer needs and streamline workflows for measurable results.
Provide technical leadership within the team and across the technology domain as a thought leader in software engineering and integration.
Coordinate with internal Cisco units (DevOps, service delivery, product management) for seamless alignment.
Visit and work onsite at customer sites in Dubai as needed to build relationships and support strategic objectives.
