Job summary

Robot24.com is seeking a Social Media Manager to own our social presence end to end. You will plan, create, script, edit and publish content that grows the Robot24.com brand and sparks sharing.

This hands-on role requires you to know what works on each platform, create the content yourself, and use data to shape next steps. Based in the UAE, you will work on-site and collaborate with creators and teams.

Qualifications

• 4 to 5+ years of professional social media management experience.
• A portfolio of content you created and the results it delivered.
• Proven record of growing channels across multiple platforms.
• Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills.
• Hands-on video editing in CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms, formats and trends.
• Confident with analytics and reporting.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Currently based in the UAE and available for on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Own the social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube (Shorts and long-form), LinkedIn, X and Facebook.
• Build platform-native content plans tailored to each network.
• Manage monthly content calendar with room for reactive posts.
• Test formats, hooks, posting times, series concepts and collabs.
