Chain Reaction is a GCC/Levant digital marketing agency seeking an Account Manager - Social Media. You will oversee the full account management lifecycle, collaborate with managers to hit targets, and craft cross-channel strategies that align with client goals.

The role requires 5–7 years agency experience and expertise in social platforms. You’ll drive client satisfaction, upsell where appropriate, and help position Chain Reaction as a thought leader through effective delivery and team

Qualifications

• BA degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
• 5-7 years of agency experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Deep knowledge of social media best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full account management process for clients.
• Collaborate with Managers to meet account targets.
• Generate ideas to improve the account management function.
