Job summary

Chain Reaction is seeking a Senior Account Executive to support planning, execution, and optimization of client social media programs. You will liaise daily with clients, coordinate across creative and media teams, and drive content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok and more.

The role requires 2–4 years in social media, including a year coordinating with government or public sector clients, strong analytics, and excellent Arabic/English writing.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in social media execution, preferably within an agency.
• Minimum 1 year of experience managing social media for governmental or public sector clients.
• Strong understanding of social media channels, analytics, and content formats.
• Experience covering live events for social media with on-the-spot editing using Canva.
• Excellent Arabic and English written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and deadline management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Support the Account Manager in executing social media strategies across multiple clients.
• Act as day-to-day contact for clients regarding updates, deliverables, and coordination.
• Develop, schedule, and publish content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.).
• Coordinate with creative, design, and media teams to ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Provide live social media coverage for client events, including capturing, editing, and posting real-time updates.
• Monitor channel performance, trends, and competitor activity to provide actionable insights.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with analysis and optimization recommendations.
• Ensure content quality, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends, and best practices.
