Job summary

Chain Reaction, a GCC and Levant-based digital marketing agency, seeks a senior programmatic leader to define strategy and drive growth across display, video, and emerging channels. You will build scalable frameworks and manage relationships with premium publishers and DSPs.

You will lead data onboarding, audience strategies, and measurement frameworks, enabling teams through training and collaboration with BU heads to support pitches and RFPs.

Qualifications

• 10–14+ years of experience in programmatic, AdTech, or digital media.
• Proven experience building or scaling programmatic offerings.
• Strong exposure to DSPs (e.g., DV360, Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk).
• Experience with CDPs, DMPs, and data/identity/measurement solutions.
• Ability to explain complex AdTech concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‑on technical depth.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the agency’s programmatic vision and roadmap.
• Design scalable programmatic frameworks across display, video, CTV, audio, DOOH, and emerging channels.
• Build and maintain direct relationships with premium publishers and supply partners.
• Partner with Business Unit Heads to support new business pitches and RFPs.
• Evaluate, onboard, and manage programmatic platforms including DSPs, SSPs, and CDPs.
• Guide first-party data onboarding, audience segmentation, and personalization strategies.
• Define programmatic measurement frameworks including incrementality and attribution.
• Act as the central programmatic point of contact and enable internal teams through training.
