Job summary

Chain Reaction, a GCC and Levant-based digital marketing agency, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee the full account management process and coordinate with internal teams to deliver on client requests.

Ideal candidates have 5-7 years of agency experience, excellent communication, and a social-first mindset to maximize repeat business and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full Account Management process.
• Work closely with Managers to help achieve account management targets for the team.
• Help generate ideas to improve the account management function of the Division.
• Ensure effective and excellent service delivery within the relevant division to achieve agreed commercial and revenue targets.
• Full Client Delivery and coordinating with the necessary team members to ensure deliverables are upon clients' requests and on time.
• Maximize any chance of repeat business by meeting with clients and upselling.
• Attend client meetings to ensure Chain Reaction is recognized for thought leadership and innovation.
• Assist the Accounts Director daily to ensure the success of the department's responsibilities.
