Job summary

A global power management company is looking for an SMT Process Engineer in Dubai to optimize PCBA manufacturing processes. This role involves developing maintenance and operational instructions, managing prototypes, and supporting industrialization deliverables. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s in Engineering and have over 5 years of experience in SMT manufacturing. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in PCBA SMT manufacturing engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop operators and maintenance work instructions for SMT equipment processes.
• Proactively manage PCBA SMT prototypes manufacturing.
• Support industrialization program manager in deliverables like PFMEA and PPAP.
• Ensure timely implementation of PCBA SMT ECO/MCO.
• Track and improve SMT lines cycle times.
• Act as a technical interlocutor for other Eaton plants.
