Job summary

Eaton in Dubai seeks an experienced test design engineer to develop structural test strategies for PCB assemblies, spanning flying probe and in-circuit testing. You will translate product designs into manufacturable tests, develop fixtures (hardware and software), and drive test automation end-to-end.

Work with R&D and manufacturing teams to ensure quality, reliability, and lean production goals, while supporting ongoing process improvements in a hybrid Dubai environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in PCBA test design, development engineering, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Develop structural test strategies for PCBs including flying probe and in-circuit testing.
• Translate design requirements into manufacturable test solutions with DFM alignment.
• Design hardware and software test fixtures and write test programs.
• Provide technical support for manufacturing and debug test systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on test development and reliability goals.
