Job summary

Redford Recruiters is seeking an experienced Site Foreman for a prominent construction and facilities maintenence client in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role focuses on supervising site workers, coordinating daily activities, monitoring workmanship and safety, and ensuring completion to project requirements.

Ideal candidates have Gulf experience and proven ability to manage manpower, interpret drawings, and lead teams to meet deadlines while upholding quality standards on busy sites.

Qualifications

• Previous Gulf experience is mandatory.
• Experience as Site Foreman in construction sector.
• Strong manpower planning and task allocation skills.
• Basic understanding of site safety requirements.
• Male candidates preferred; Indian, Pakistani or Bangladeshi nationals favored.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction and site activities.
• Allocate duties and monitor workers' performance.
• Coordinate masons, plumbers and other site workers.
• Ensure work is completed according to drawings and standards.
• Monitor daily progress and report to Site Engineer/Project Supervisor.
• Check workmanship and identify defects for correction.
• Coordinate materials, tools and manpower requirements.
• Ensure proper utilisation of construction materials.
• Maintain site discipline and productivity.
• Enforce health and safety requirements.
• Support inspections and completion of work within deadlines.
• Maintain an organised and safe worksite.
