Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Senior Site Engineer to lead on-site deployment of PV cleaning robot systems across projects in the UAE. You will supervise installation teams, conduct testing and commissioning, and ensure adherence to engineering specifications and safety standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and 5+ years in site engineering, with expertise in mechanical, electrical and automated systems. Travel to project sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years experience in site engineering, installation or commissioning.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and automated/robotic systems.
• Experience with SCADA systems or remote monitoring is preferred.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site deployment of PV cleaning robot systems from planning to installation and handover.
• Supervise installation teams and ensure work meets specifications and quality standards.
• Perform testing, calibration and commissioning for optimal robot performance.
• Configure and commission SCADA systems and remote monitoring connections.
• Oversee installation of rails, charging stations, and other critical components.
• Maintain inventory and ensure proper material handling on site.
• Serve as primary on-site technical contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Provide on-site training and deliver field service reports and logs.
• Provide feedback to engineering teams for product improvement.
