Job summary

SUNPURE is seeking a Senior Site Engineer to lead the end-to-end deployment and commissioning of our PV cleaning robot systems at project sites. You will guide installation teams, troubleshoot complex systems, and ensure seamless client coordination and handover.

The role requires a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and automated/robotic systems, plus experience with SCADA or remote monitoring platforms. Travel to sites will be necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven site engineering, installation, commissioning, or technical deployment experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automated/robotic systems.
• Experience with SCADA systems or remote monitoring preferred.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Willingness to travel and work at project sites.

We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Senior Site Engineer to lead the end-to-end deployment and commissioning of our PV cleaning robot systems at project sites. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in engineering installation, robotic systems, troubleshooting, commissioning, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the complete on-site deployment of PV cleaning robot systems, from site assessment and planning to installation, commissioning, client training, and final handover.
• Provide technical guidance and supervision to installation teams, ensuring all systems are installed according to engineering specifications and quality standards.
• Perform functional testing, system calibration, and commissioning to ensure optimal robot performance.
• Configure and commission SCADA systems, ensuring seamless communication between robots, remote monitoring platforms, and client networks.
• Oversee the installation of rails, charging stations, communication modules, and other critical engineering components.
• Manage engineering materials and ensure proper inventory handling and quality control at project sites.
• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, software, navigation, and connectivity issues to minimize system downtime.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients and stakeholders on-site.
• Conduct system demonstrations and provide operational and maintenance training to clients and end-users.
• Prepare field service reports, installation documentation, and technical issue logs.
• Provide structured technical feedback to engineering and product development teams to support continuous product improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in related field.
• 5 years of proven experience in site engineering, system installation, commissioning, or technical project deployment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automated/robotic systems.
• Experience with SCADA systems, industrial communication, or remote monitoring platforms is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing installation teams and working independently at project sites.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Willingness to travel and work at project sites as required.
