Job summary

Sembol Construction seeks a qualified Site Engineer for a luxury hotel project in Fujairah, UAE. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of UAE construction experience and strong skills in site execution, drawing interpretation, quality control, and project coordination.

Candidates with no UAE experience or fresh graduates will not be considered. Willingness to work at the Fujairah project site is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE construction experience.
• Experience on hotel or luxury projects preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specs.
• Familiarity with QA/QC and site inspections.
• Willingness to work at Fujairah project site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities at the site.
• Coordinate with PMs, consultants, subcontractors, and site supervisors.
• Interpret and implement construction drawings, specs, and method statements.
• Monitor progress and ensure schedules and deadlines.
• Ensure quality, safety, and project specifications compliance.
• Prepare daily progress reports and site records.
• Coordinate QA/QC and HSE activities.
• Resolve technical issues and ensure regulatory compliance.
