Job summary

Client of LeadingEdge HR Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Site Engineer to join a UAE-based project team. You will oversee construction activities, ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, quality, safety, and schedule, and coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients.

The role requires at least 5 years of construction/site engineering experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction/site engineering.
• Strong experience in site supervision, project coordination, and construction activities.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Relevant engineering degree/diploma.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities on site.
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety regulations and project requirements.
• Manage site personnel and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress, quality and timelines.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues.
