Max Care Facilities Management llc is seeking a skilled Site Engineer for an ongoing high-rise construction project in Umm Al Quwain. You will oversee daily site activities, ensure work aligns with drawings and specs, and support the Project Manager to keep the project on track.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering background, strong drawing interpretation, and excellent coordination skills. Immediate availability and willingness to relocate to Umm Al Quwain are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer on high-rise or large-scale projects.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Immediate availability to join; relocation to Umm Al Quwain if needed.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Umm Al Quwain.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and monitor daily on-site construction activities.
• Interpret and implement drawings, blueprints and specs accurately.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and labor teams.
• Ensure quality, safety and project specifications compliance.
• Maintain site records, progress reports, logbooks and diaries.
• Assist in updating project schedules and work programs.

• Participate in site meetings and provide technical input.

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Site Engineer to join our team for an ongoing high-rise construction project The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily site activities ensuring construction work aligns with drawings and specifications and supporting the Project Manager in the smooth execution of the project This is an immediate requirement and candidates who can join without delay will be given priority

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor daily construction activities on site to ensure work progresses as per scheduleInterpret and implement construction drawings blueprints and technical specifications accuratelyCoordinate with contractors subcontractors and labor teams to ensure smooth workflowEnsure construction work complies with quality standards safety regulations and project specificationsConduct regular site inspections and report any deviations defects or issues to the Project ManagerMonitor and verify material quantities deliveries and usage on siteMaintain accurate site records including daily progress reports logbooks and site diariesAssist in preparing and updating project schedules and work programsCoordinate with surveyors for site layout leveling and setting out worksLiaise with consultants architects and other engineers to resolve technical issues on siteEnsure adherence to health and safety protocols at all timesSupport the Project Manager in workforce planning productivity monitoring and resource allocationIdentify potential risks or delays and elevate issues promptly for timely resolutionParticipate in site meetings and provide technical input as required

Requirements
