Job summary

Nova International General Contracting is seeking a Site Engineer in Abu Dhabi to supervise day-to-day site activities for building and villa compound projects. The role requires coordinating subcontractors and site teams, ensuring drawings and specifications are followed, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with 5–8 years of UAE project experience, especially in buildings and villa compounds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in construction projects, buildings sector, villa compounds.
• Proven UAE project experience; Abu Dhabi exposure preferred.
• Experience in buildings projects and villa compounds is required.
• Abu Dhabi Municipality certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities ensuring works follow approved drawings and specs.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams for smooth execution.
• Monitor progress and report to Project Engineer/Project Manager.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, HSE, and local regulations.
• Assist with inspections, snagging and handover activities; maintain site logs.
