Job summary

Utopia Design in Dubai is seeking a capable Site Admin Engineer to support the on-ground team on luxury accommodation projects. You will lead daily reporting, collect data from Site Engineers, and ensure the project stays up-to-date with daily progress and documentation.

In this role you will coordinate inspections, maintain records, and assist the Site Engineers during meetings. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in construction site roles and proficiency with Procore, with strong English

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• 3–5 years of construction site experience (inspector, project/field engineer, site supervisor).
• Completed at least 2 full-cycle projects, ideally in luxury/villa residential environments.
• Proficiency with construction software and tools, Procore a plus.

Job description

We're looking for a capable and hands‑on Site Admin Engineer to support our on-ground team on the construction of a high‑end luxury accommodation projects in Dubai.

You’ll be taking the lead with daily reporting, collecting all necessary data to prepare such reports, inclusive of all site inspections performed by our Site Engineers. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that your particular project is up-to-date with reporting daily progress and record keeping of all documentation (daily reports / site inspections / RFIs / CVIs / non-conformance reports / HSE notices / others).

We're looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in collaborating with site teams — someone knowledgeable of the construction industry and processes to ensure independence from the site engineers, but collaborating with them.

Responsibilities

• Daily reporting: Fill in daily reports data into the software, collecting all necesary data from the Site Engineers (general information / weather conditions / personnel & equipment / work completed / materials & deliveries / inspections / safety / issues & delays)
• Documentation Management: Organizing technical documentation, project plans, and reports
• Compliance & Standards: Ensuring projects adhere to safety, industry, and company standards
• Process Improvement: Analyzing operational problems to improve efficiency
• Leadership Support: Step in for the Site Engineer when necessary, attending high-level meetings and contributing to key strategic decisions

Operations and management

• Thorough Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities and progress reports, ensuring all changes and variations are tracked according to corporate routine
• Inspections: Keep record of all regular site inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and make sure all corrective actions are met

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years in construction site roles (e.g. Inspector, Project Engineer, Field Engineer, Site Supervisor)
• Completed at least 2 full-cycle projects, ideally in tourist regions
• Proven track record in luxury villa or high‑end residential construction
• Proficiency in construction software and tools (Procore is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices essential to successful delivery
• Proficiency in English is required for communication with our international-based management team and some site teams
