Job summary

You will provide technical support to customers, prepare job orders and service reports, and update repair activity while following vendor procedures and company code of conduct.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar field.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain hardware and software components of computer systems, security networks and mobile devices.
• Provide technical support to customers with device and software issues.
• Prepare job orders and service reports, and provide quotations for out-of-warranty repair.
• Update system on repair activity/claims and comply with vendor procedures.
