Job summary

Pedigri Technologies in Dubai seeks a service engineer to perform repair and technical activities in the repair hub, diagnosing and maintaining hardware and software for computer systems, security networks and mobile devices.

You will provide technical support to customers, prepare job orders and service reports, and update repair activity while following vendor procedures and company code of conduct.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar field.

Job Purpose

The service engineer will carry out service and technical activities in the repair hub.

Role And Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain hardware and software components of computer systems, security networks and mobile phones.
• Provide technical support service to customers who have technical difficulties with their devices and software.
• Perform all levels of preventive maintenance services as per vendor procedure.
• Provide 1‑hour TAT for walk‑in repair service.
• Maintain a record of all tools and test equipment used, ensuring their availability and accuracy as recommended by the manufacturer.
• Prepare job orders and service reports.
• Provide quotations for out‑of‑warranty repair.
• Update system on repair activity/claims.
• Comply with company code of conduct and vendor service operating procedure.

Qualifications And Education Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar field.

Skills And Abilities

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and Excel).
• Good communication skills: effective interaction with vendors and all levels of employees throughout the corporation.
• Self‑starter, highly motivated, and able to handle multiple tasks, interruptions and changing priorities.
• Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, proactively protecting and efficiently organizing work and managing time to meet deadlines.
