Job summary

Eaton in Dubai is seeking a Debug & Repair Technician - PCBA to diagnose and repair defective PCBA assemblies, restoring full functionality. You’ll use advanced test equipment, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

The role requires hands-on electronics experience, attention to detail, and strong documentation to ensure traceability. You will work with cross-functional teams to improve reliability and support production.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in PCBA debugging, fault analysis, and repair.

Responsibilities

• Use test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers) to identify PCBA issues.
• Replace, rework, or re‑solder defective components while protecting PCB integrity.
• Read schematics, BOMs and test reports to guide repair actions.
• Document all repair actions with root-cause findings and verification results.
