Job summary

C.H. Robinson in Dubai is seeking a Supervisor Service Delivery to lead the service delivery strategy for an assigned customer portfolio, ensuring SLAs and business objectives are met.

The role emphasizes driving service delivery excellence, managing a high-performing team, and fostering continuous improvement across processes to deliver sustainable performance in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations and/or customer/client service facing role
• Experience mentoring and or coaching small project teams
• Ability to travel up to 7.5% (domestically and international)

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the service delivery strategy for an assigned customer portfolio and ensure SLAs are met
• Drive continuous improvement through data analytics and root cause analysis
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for the service delivery team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize leading practices
