Job summary

WPP Media is seeking an SEO Specialist to lead organic search initiatives for client campaigns in Dubai. You will align strategies with client goals, perform keyword research, and optimize on-page and technical SEO to drive measurable results.

You will collaborate with the Organic Performance and Paid Search teams to ensure integrated strategies, monitor performance, and deliver continuous improvement across client roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of SEO experience in a digital media agency or in-house.
• HTML basics knowledge.
• Knowledge of paid media (PPC/Social/Display) is desirable.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to work autonomously and to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to keep up with Google's algorithm changes.
• Adaptable to changing priorities to meet new goals.

Responsibilities

• Execute SEO strategy aligned with client goals and landscape.
• Manage workflow of organic search tasks and client roadmaps.
• Ensure strong project management and deliver against deadlines.
• Attend client and agency meetings to present SEO results and tactics.
• Monitor SEO performance based on client KPI targets.
• Review competitor sites and their organic search approaches.
• Perform keyword research and group keywords by intent.
• Perform gap analysis and deliver content ideas for production.
• Optimize on-page elements (metadata, headings, URLs, alt attributes).
• Perform technical SEO audits (crawling, indexing, core web vitals).
• Produce technical recommendations and insights.
• Analyze crawls to assess site health and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Organic Performance and Paid Search teams.
• Work with client teams and 3rd party developers to implement optimizations.
• Stay current with industry trends and discuss impact with the team.
