Job summary

Créo Global is seeking two highly experienced SEO Managers who will own complete portfolios and drive commercial results through organic and AI-powered search. These senior, hands-on roles demand 15+ years of SEO leadership and a proven track record of tying performance to revenue.

You will be accountable for strategy, execution and growth across large-scale backlink profiles, with emphasis on GEO and AI-driven optimization to enhance brand discovery and conversions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Strong experience in publications, media, marketplaces or heavily content-driven businesses where search is a major acquisition and revenue channel.
• Proven experience managing portfolios generating 3,500+ backlinks per month on one account across organic and paid initiatives
• Demonstrable case studies showing significant improvement in Domain Authority, organic visibility, qualified traffic and conversions
• Proven ability to connect SEO performance directly to revenue and P&L impact
• Advanced expertise in GEO and AI search optimisation
• Proven experience improving how brands and content are discovered, understood, cited and recommended across ChatGPT and other AI-powered search and answer engines
• Deep understanding of technical SEO, content architecture, programmatic SEO, internal linking, digital PR, structured data, authority building, search intent and conversion-led organic growth
