Job summary

Al Ghurair Asset Management LLC is seeking a Security Manager to oversee security operations across residential, commercial, retail, warehouses and mall properties in Dubai. You will develop, implement and maintain security policies in compliance with UAE regulations and international best practices.

Lead a team, conduct audits and risk assessments, manage CCTV, access control and alarm systems, and liaise with Dubai Police and SIRA.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of proven managerial experience in security operations.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE security standards, regulations and licensing bodies (e.g. SIRA).
• Strong leadership, team management and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication in English; Arabic is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage security strategies and procedures across properties.
• Lead, train and supervise security personnel to meet high performance standards.
• Conduct regular audits, risk assessments and vulnerability analyses.
• Oversee security systems including CCTV, access control and alarms.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate investigations with authorities.
• Prepare regular security performance reports for senior management.
