Job summary

Dicetek LLC is seeking an experienced Scrum Master in Abu Dhabi to drive agile delivery for banking projects, including Core Banking, Retail, Digital, and Payments initiatives. The role requires strong facilitation and stakeholder management for multi-team programs.

You will lead Scrum ceremonies, mentor teams, and ensure alignment with SDLC standards while working closely with product owners and risk/compliance stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban and SDLC.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Certification (CSM/PSM/SAFe Scrum Master) preferred.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field.

5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.

Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SDLC methodologies.

Experience handling banking projects such as Core Banking, Corporate Banking, Retail Banking, Digital Banking, Payments, Credit, Risk, or Compliance initiatives.

Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.

Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent) preferred.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of banking regulations and governance frameworks.

Experience managing multiple Agile teams and large-scale transformation programs.

Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and leadership capabilities.

Notice Period Preference: Immediate to 30 days preferred.
