Job summary

Halian | Managed Services, Recruitment Agency & Contract Staffing seeks an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery within a banking/financial services context in Dubai. You will coach teams, facilitate ceremonies, and ensure effective Agile practices across projects.

You will partner with the Product Owner, remove impediments, and maintain accurate Jira boards while guiding delivery excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Science, or a related technical field preferred.
• PSM certification required/preferred.
• SSM certification required/preferred.
• Experience in Financial Services / Banking industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum teams in adopting Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Facilitate and manage Scrum ceremonies.
• Coach teams to improve Agile maturity and collaboration.
• Support backlog management, prioritization, and refinement with the Product Owner.
• Identify, track, and remove impediments.
• Develop and maintain realistic project plans and monitor progress.
• Ensure Jira boards are up-to-date and backlog is ready for planning.
• Collaborate with IT, business, marketing, customer service, and stakeholders.
