Parsons Corporation in Dubai seeks a Design Manager for SCADA ICA with a deep background in automation, control systems, and infrastructure projects. You will guide design governance, system integration, and multidisciplinary coordination to meet project requirements and authority standards.

The role emphasizes leadership of design teams, technical reviews, and risk management across utilities, transportation, and civil infrastructure in the UAE.

Formación

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline with 15+ years in SCADA/ICA environments.
• Proven leadership in design management for large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong client-facing skills and UAE/GCC project experience.

Responsabilidades

• Act as SCADA/ICA technical authority interfacing with clients and authorities.
• Lead SCADA and ICA design, system integration, and design reviews.
• Oversee FAT/SAT, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces across mechanical, electrical, ICT, ITS and civil disciplines.
