Stantec in Dubai is seeking an Instrumentation, Control & Automation Lead for water and wastewater infrastructure projects. You will provide technical leadership across ICA design, integration, and project delivery, coordinating with process, mechanical, electrical, and IT/OT teams.

The role requires deep expertise in PLC/SCADA/HMI, FAT/SAT, and cyber security considerations, with a focus on safe, compliant, and efficient operation of water assets.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or ICA Engineering from a recognised university.
• 15+ years of experience in water and wastewater projects.
• Chartership/PE or equivalent accreditation or working towards it.

Responsabilidades

• Lead ICA technical delivery across the project life cycle.
• Coordinate ICA activities across multidisciplinary design teams.
• Design and review automation systems (PLC, RTU, SCADA, HMI) and integration.
• Liaise with IT/OT for cybersecurity and OT/ICS practices.
• Mentor junior team members and manage sub-consultants.
• Support FAT, SAT, pre-commissioning and commissioning.
• Ensure QA/QC processes and safety policies.
