Job summary

Fifth Third Bank is seeking an experienced SBA Lending professional to coordinate the approval and closing of complex SBA and government-guaranteed loans in Dubai. You will package credit requests for agency review and manage closing and funding, maintaining the portfolio and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have deep SBA regulations knowledge, at least five years of packaging and closing experience, and strong Word/Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or economics or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of packaging and closing experience in the SBA industry.
• Extensive knowledge of SBA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the approval and closing of complex SBA and government-guaranteed loans

• Maintain the U.S. Small Business Loan Portfolio and ensure regulatory compliance
• Assist SBA Lending Specialist Team Lead in forming policies and procedures to minimize risk
• Interface directly with borrowers to secure acceptance of terms and conditions
• Review and approve documentation for compliance with SBA program requirements
• Prepare SBA Authorizations and manage third-party document coordination
• Maintain reporting on assigned loans regarding status and processing actions
