Job summary

Fifth Third is seeking a seasoned sales operations leader to oversee a multi-layer sales hierarchy and drive daily application flow oversight, SLA adherence, and queue management in a regulated environment.

You will translate productivity strategies into actionable team plans, ensure compliance with Reg B, mentor Team Leads, and build succession readiness while delivering metrics with Excel and Business Objects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years management experience in a sales environment.
• Deep working knowledge of SBA 7(a), 504, and Express loan programs.
• Proficiency in SBA SOP guidelines and deal structuring.
• Ability to create and manage reporting metrics using Excel and Business Objects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a multi-layer sales hierarchy including Individual Contributors and Team Leads.
• Execute daily oversight of application flow, SLA adherence, and queue management.
• Translate divisional productivity strategies into actionable team plans.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations including Reg B.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and skill development for Team Leads.
• Support succession readiness by developing emerging leaders.
