Job summary

Remotedxb is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central specialist to drive end-to-end implementations from requirements through go-live. You will design Business Rules, Workflows, MDF Objects, and foundation data, while creating robust reports with Story Reports and People Analytics.

You will own integrations via Integration Center and SAP CPI, map business needs to functional specs, and lead data migration activities, UAT, and cutover steps.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Advanced configuration knowledge of Employee Central (Business Rules, Workflows, MDF).
• Proven experience with reporting tools like Story Reports and People Analytics.
• Experience with integrations, including Integration Center, SAP CPI, and OData/SFAPI.
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification (mandatory).
• Experience in data migration and validation using Import/Export templates.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, from requirement gathering to go-live.
• Design and configure Employee Central components including Business Rules, Workflows, MDF Objects, Position Management, and Foundation Objects.
• Design and maintain reports and dashboards using Story Reports, Advanced Reporting, Ad Hoc Reporting, and People Analytics.
• Design and implement integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP or third-party systems using Integration Center, SAP CPI, and middleware platforms.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical configuration documents.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders to define HR processes and data models.
• Participate in data migration processes, including mapping, transformation, and validation.
• Support UAT, regression testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Provide post go-live support and troubleshooting.
