Job summary

Quantum Talent Group is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant for a client project in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on hands-on implementation of EC and Talent Management, with strong configuration and testing expertise.

Candidates should have recent SF consulting experience, knowledge of EC rules, MDF, workflows and Position Management, and demonstrate end-to-end delivery including go-live support.

Qualifications

• HANDS-ON SAP SuccessFactors EC and Talent Management experience.
• Experience in functional consulting, configuration and implementation.
• Knowledge of EC configuration including Business Rules, MDF and workflows.
• Implementation experience across Talent modules and go-live support.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP SuccessFactors implementations from configuration to go-live.
• Deliver hands-on SAP SF consulting in client projects in Abu Dhabi.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful deployments.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our client's project in Abu Dhabi.

Key Requirements:

• Strong, hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Talent Management modules.
• Recent experience in SuccessFactors functional consulting, configuration and implementation.
• Practical knowledge of EC configuration, including Business Rules, MDF, workflows and Position Management.
• Implementation experience across Talent modules such as Performance & Goals (PMGM), Compensation, Succession & Development, or Learning.
• Experience delivering SuccessFactors implementations, including configuration, testing and go-live support.
• Currently working in a hands-on SAP SuccessFactors consulting role, rather than primarily in project leadership or management.
