Shapoorji Pallonji & Company Pvt. Ltd. in Abu Dhabi invites an SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant to lead configuration and integration of core HR processes across Employee Central, Time and Payroll interfaces, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, Compensation and Learning.

With 5+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience, you will coordinate with partners, perform SIT, UAT, data migration and cutover activities, and provide Go-Live and hypercare support for UAE operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Employee Central configuration.
• SuccessFactors RBP & Workflows.
• HR Master Data & Employee Lifecycle.
• Time & Payroll integration.
