Job summary

BrezQ is seeking a highly experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with UAE payroll and SuccessFactors Employee Central background. You will lead end-to-end payroll solutions and ensure smooth integration with cloud HR systems.

The role requires 8+ years in SAP HCM Payroll, UAE localization, SAP SuccessFactors EC, and strong stakeholder collaboration across the Middle East.

You will work IST hours and partner with HR, IT, and compliance teams to meet local regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of core SAP HCM Payroll experience.
• Proven UAE payroll localization knowledge and labor law familiarity.
• Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central proficiency.
• Willingness to work IST business hours and collaborate across the Middle East.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, support and maintenance of SAP HCM Payroll for UAE requirements.
• Manage and optimize SuccessFactors EC integration with SAP Payroll (ECP).
• Configure schemas, PCRs and wage types to meet complex business needs.
• Act as SME for payroll processing, troubleshooting, and regulatory compliance in the region.
