in the UAE is seeking a Senior SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with deep expertise in UAE Payroll Localization and SuccessFactors Employee Central integration, including gratuity, GOSI/pension and statutory calculations. You will lead SAP HCM Payroll implementations, configure payroll schemas, PCRs and wage types, and ensure smooth EC to SAP Payroll integration while troubleshooting processing issues and remaining compliant with local labour laws.

Qualifications

• Must have deep expertise in SAP HCM Payroll and UAE Payroll localization.
• Experience with GOSI/pension and gratuity calculations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integration.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot payroll and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP HCM Payroll implementations, support and maintenance.
