Job summary

OMNIYAT seeks a Senior Salesforce Engineer to design and govern AI-driven capabilities on the Salesforce platform. You will build Agent force agents, Prompt Builder templates, and Einstein features while ensuring responsible AI controls.

You will develop Apex, Flow and LWC logic, build Data 360 data streams, and integrate external models via APIs. Collaboration with data owners and CI/CD pipelines is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/IS or related field.
• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce development with at least 1 year delivering Salesforce AI features in production.
• Experience in real estate or regulated high-value sales environments (KYC/AML) is preferred.

Summary

The Senior Salesforce Engineer designs, builds and governs AI capabilities on OMNIYAT Group's Salesforce platform, delivering Agent force agents, Prompt Builder and Einstein features, and grounded AI experiences across sales, broker and customer journeys. The role combines strong Salesforce engineering with practical knowledge of large language models, retrieval, evaluation and responsible AI controls, and reports directly to the Head of Digital & Product.

The Role

• Design and build Agent force agents, including topics, instructions and actions, for sales, broker and customer service use cases.
• Create Prompt Builder templates grounded in CRM records and Data 360 data.
• Configure and extend Einstein features such as lead and opportunity scoring, service replies and conversation summaries.
• Develop the Apex, Flow and Lightning Web Component logic that agents invoke and that surfaces AI output to users.
• Build Data 360 data streams, harmonized data models and calculated insights that feed AI features.
• Implement retrieval over unstructured content, such as project collateral, FAQs and internal policies, using vector search and chunking strategies.
• Coordinate with data owners to keep grounding sources accurate, current and approved for AI use.
• Integrate external models, including Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock and Anthropic APIs, and expose agents to mobile and web channels through the Agent API.
• Build and run test suites and evaluation sets for every agent and prompt before each release, including security and PDPL checks.
• Monitor accuracy, escalation rates and user feedback, and iterate on prompts, actions and grounding.
• Track AI consumption and credit usage against budget, and optimize model and action choices.
• Configure the Einstein Trust Layer, including data masking, zero data retention and audit trail, and apply least-privilege access for agent users.
• Ensure human-in-the-loop controls so agents never make final decisions on regulated matters such as KYC/AML outcomes.
• Manage the sandbox strategy and release pipeline using Salesforce CLI, source control and CI/CD, with security gates before UAT and production.
• Review partner and contractor AI work against agreed standards, and document designs, prompts and evaluation results.

Competencies

1. Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2. Average Years of Experience: 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, including at least 1 year delivering Salesforce AI features in production. Experience in real estate or another regulated, high-value sales environment, including KYC/AML workflows, is highly preferred.
3. Required Skills: Agent force, Prompt Builder and Einstein features, Apex, LWC, SOQL and Flow, Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud), LLM concepts (prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings, evaluation), REST APIs, OAuth and event-driven integration, Salesforce CLI, Git and CI/CD, Python (an advantage), stakeholder management, fluent written and spoken English (Arabic is an advantage).
4. Technical Skills: Salesforce Platform Developer I and Agent force Specialist certifications are required; Data Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer II or Application Architect certification is an advantage.
