Salesforce Dubai invites applications for a Salesforce Technical Architect role. You will collaborate with customers and partners to design, architect, and guide implementations of Salesforce clouds and product suites, including AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Mandatory hands-on Salesforce architecture and technical implementation experience (3–4+ years) across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proven mastery in Apex, LWC, JavaScript and declarative development, deployment practices, and GitHub branch management.
• Experience delivering scalable enterprise software designs, data modelling, and web services integrations.
• Ability to analyze, design, and optimise complex business processes via technology and integration architecture.
• Experience guiding customers in rationalising and deploying emerging tech including Agentforce AI.
• Strong executive presentation and communication skills; willingness to travel regionally.

Overview of the Role

Salesforce Technical Architects collaborate with Customers and Partners during project cycles to share their extensive knowledge of the Salesforce.com platform and product suite. Combined with their experience in technical architecture, enterprise integration, and business solution implementation, they directly drive toward the best possible solutions. They paint a solution vision, architect the system and provide guidance during the implementation. Technical Architects are highly effective interacting across technical and business resources from the developer level through mid-management and above and are therefore a trusted advisor for business and technology collaborators. Finally, with experience in software delivery cycles based on agile methodologies the architect supports and is in close alignment with project management activities.

Your Impact

Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn new technologies and Salesforce Clouds, and quickly ramp up to lead implementation and advisory engagements with confidence. Ensure scalable and standard methodology solutions to meet and exceed customer needs. Guide the evaluation of business and technical requirements. Build relationships with key collaborators and team members. Act as lead architect for the overall engagement by coordinating and aligning work of multiple architects on the team. Align with project and engagement managers to support planning and implementation in close collaboration with the customer. Review and guide project vision and direction, implementation approach and key artefacts. Direct early solution evaluation, including proactive management of issues and effective engagement with executives, the account team, engineering, and product management. Where required, hands‑on application configuration to meet customer needs. Direct and mentor diverse teams, such as customers, partners, and colleagues in technical delivery aspects, as well as non-technical topics such as communication strategies or executive influence. Fuel our internal growth by identifying, leading or contributing to internal pivotal initiatives, such as innovations, building up a strategic brand, and nurture teammates' skills by sharing knowledge. Where required, support pre‑sales activities to position Salesforce Services. Required Qualifications

Salesforce Core Experience (ESSENTIAL): Mandatory hands-on Salesforce architecture and technical implementation experience (minimum 3–4+ years) across Salesforce Core platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud). Proven mastery in programmatic (Apex, LWC, JavaScript) and declarative (low-code/Flow) development, deployment practices, and GitHub branch management. Enterprise Architecture & Consulting: Proven hands‑on technical consulting and architecture experience delivering scalable enterprise software designs, data modelling, and web services integrations. Business Process Optimization: Ability to analyze, design, and optimise complex business processes via technology, data mapping, and integration architecture. Emerging Tech & AI: Experience guiding customers and project members in rationalising and deploying emerging technology (such as Agentforce AI and platform automation) for enterprise business use cases. Communication & Mobility: Rapidly learn new technologies as well as strong executive presentation, communication, and facilitation skills. Available to travel regionally across the UAE and Middle East depending on customer needs. Language Skills: Fluent/Proficient English speaker (Arabic language skills are an advantage for the Middle East market). Location & Policy Acknowledgment: Locally based in Dubai, UAE, with explicit acknowledgment that Salesforce offers no relocation packages or signing bonuses for this role.

Preferred Qualifications

Architecture & Integration: A detailed understanding of Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, Data Modelling, and Enterprise application architecture concepts, including experience with enterprise integration tools (ESBs/ETL) and design patterns. Executive Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain key trusted‑advisor relationships with C‑level and mid‑level decision makers. Regional & Public Sector Focus: Proven experience working for the Public Sector and/or major enterprise clients in the UAE and across the Middle East region. Industry Cloud Expertise: Experience delivering complex projects using Salesforce Communications Cloud or OmniStudio technology. Certifications: Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, Administrator, App Builder, Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer, and/or OmniStudio / Agentforce certification.
