Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group in Dubai is seeking a results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive revenue, and build strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders.

You will maximize growth by directing revenue-generating activities aligned with the business plan and by building collaborative relationships internally and externally.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with the Dubai Market.
• Knowledge of major Dubai districts (DIP, Science Park, Studio City, Jebel Ali, Dubai South, and DIC).
• Proven track record in a similar hotel sales role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Commercially astute and motivated by challenges.
• Ability to enhance the hotel's community image.
