Radisson Blu Hotel Dubai Waterfront is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the hotel’s sales team, drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximize opportunities.

You will drive new business, set strategic direction, and inspire a culture of exceptional guest experiences, teamwork, and high sales productivity. If you are ambitious, commercially astute, and ready to contribute to a global hospitality brand, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Achieve sales goals by managing the sales team.
• A proven track record in a similar role within a quality environment and to be able to demonstrate excellent standards and sales productivity.
• Commercially astute, multi-tasker who is motivated by challenge.
• Driven and ambitious to increase productivity and sales volume with appropriate techniques.
• Clear thinker with excellent communication abilities and attention to detail
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to enhance the hotels community image.
