Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Manager to drive growth of Network Control solutions across the Middle East and Africa. You will manage SCADA, EMS, DMS/ADMS, OMS and related systems, building executive relationships and leading complex negotiations.

The role requires deep domain expertise in Network Control, with travel across MEA and a mix of Egypt/UAE offices. Fluency in French and English is mandatory; Arabic desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in the power and energy industry.
• Minimum 7 years in Grid Automation or Digital Utility solution sales.
• Minimum 5 years selling Network Control solutions including SCADA, EMS, DMS/ADMS, OMS and Generation Management.
• Fluency in French and English is mandatory; Arabic desirable.
• Traveling across the Middle East and Africa is expected.

Responsibilities

• Deliver order intake, revenue and profitability targets for Network Control solutions and services.
• Develop and maintain executive-level customer relationships.
• Lead opportunity qualification, pursuit strategy, offer preparation, negotiations, closure and booking.
• Drive market development across MEA and identify new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM reporting and business reviews.
