Job summary

Rightway Accounting and Bookkeeping LLC in Dubai, UAE, seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand the client base across the UAE. The role requires developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the full sales cycle, and reporting on performance.

You will motivate the team to hit targets, build client relationships, and coordinate with management for onboarding. A diploma or degree is required and outdoor/s field sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Outdoor sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Job Summary

• Generate and convert new business opportunities through calls, meetings, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Monitor sales pipeline, team performance, conversion rates, and follow-ups.
• Identify market opportunities and competitor trends.
• Coordinate with management and internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent Bachelor's degree.
• Previous experience in outdoor sales, field sales, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication (English & Hindi is a plus), negotiation, and interpersonal skills, Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Driving licence is not mandatory, if have it will be a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
