Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering required.
• 7+ years’ experience in engineering sales or business development.
• Strong UAE market network and knowledge of construction industry.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified opportunities for PM and Construction Claims services in the UAE.
• Identify contractors and developers facing project issues and propose solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, consultants and project owners.
• Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and close new engagements.
