Job summary

Worley is seeking a Specialist Mechanical Rotating to lead rotating equipment challenges on mega Oil & Gas projects in Abu Dhabi. The role requires reviewing contractor deliverables, ensuring design integrity, and coordinating with owners, licensors, and vendors.

The ideal candidate has a engineering degree with substantial FEED/EPC, PMC, and ADNOC project experience, and a track record of delivering safe, compliant engineering solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical engineering.
• Minimum five (5) years in a similar Specialist Mechanical Rotating role on mega projects.
• FEED & EPC experience required.
• PMC experience and ADNOC project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Champion the Project Safety culture and engagement activities.
• Identify, evaluate, and resolve Mechanical Rotating Equipment issues.
• Review and approve contractor deliverables and design calculations for rotating equipment.
• Coordinate with Owner, Licensor, Contractor and Vendors in technical reviews and meetings.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of engineering design activities and adherence to specifications and standards.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent

Fifteen (15) years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical
