Job summary

BHFT is seeking a skilled developer to build and optimize trading platform gateways using Rust, with exposure to C/C++. You will work on exchanging interfaces, coordinate with product and DevOps, and ensure reliability with automated tests.

Remote work is offered with a flexible schedule. The role targets developers with 4+ years of experience and a strong foundation in high-performance systems.

Qualifications

• 4 years of commercial development experience in Rust or C and experience developing connectors to exchanges.
• Understanding of computer systems and software architecture (Linux OS, data structures, algorithms).
• Knowledge of TCP/UDP, HTTP/REST, WebSocket protocols.
• Experience developing exchange gateways.

Responsibilities

• Develop reliable, high-performance trading platform gateways using Rust and low-level optimizations.
• Reverse engineer external exchange API interfaces.
• Coordinate product, trading, and DevOps requirements with teams.
• Ensure quality, reliability, and performance through automated and manual testing.
• Support and improve services based on business needs and feedback.
• Keep documentation up to date.
