Job summary

WSP is seeking an experienced Associate to join our Roads & Highways team in Dubai/Sharjah. You will lead the design delivery of complex roads and highways for large-scale infrastructure and land development projects across the Emirate.

The role requires 15+ years of experience, deep Dubai project exposure, and the ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated, compliant designs. Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering is required; Master’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 15+ years of professional experience in roads and highways design.
• Extensive experience on Dubai RTA projects and standards.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary design teams.
• Ability to lead technical delivery with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and detailed design of roads and highways infrastructure.
• Coordinate with utilities, drainage, traffic, structures, lighting, landscaping, and public realm.
• Engage with Clients and Dubai authorities in design reviews and approvals.
• Support project managers in meeting programme, quality, and milestones.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to junior engineers and teams.
