WSP Global Inc. in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Associate to lead the design delivery of complex roads and highways packages for large-scale infrastructure and land development projects across the Emirate.

The role sits at a senior technical level and requires 15+ years of experience, including Abu Dhabi-based projects, with strong coordination of multi-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated, compliant designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
• 15+ years of professional experience in roads and highways design.
• Extensive experience delivering Abu Dhabi-based infrastructure and land development projects.
• Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi authority standards, approval processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience coordinating and managing multi-disciplinary design teams.
• Ability to lead technical delivery packages with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Technical Design Leadership: Lead the planning and detailed design of roads and highways infrastructure, including arterial roads, local roads, interchanges, junctions, and access roads.
• Project Delivery & Multidisciplinary Coordination: Coordinate with utilities, drainage, traffic, structures, street lighting, landscaping, and public realm.
• Client & Authority Engagement: Participate in meetings, design reviews, and approvals with Clients and Abu Dhabi authorities.
• Commercial & Operational Support: Assist in resource planning, bid preparation, and technical submissions for roads/highways projects.
• Leadership & Mentoring: Provide guidance to engineers and senior engineers within the Roads & Highways team.
