Job summary

WSP in Dubai/Sharjah seeks an experienced Associate to lead the design delivery of complex roads and highways for large-scale infrastructure and land development projects across the Emirate. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated, compliant designs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred) and 15+ years in roads/highways design, with extensive Dubai project experience and strong client/stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Qualifications

• Lead the technical delivery of complex roads/highways design.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and authority interfaces.
• Ensure designs meet Dubai RTA standards and best practices.
• Review deliverables, drawings and calculations for quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and detailed design of arterial/local roads, interchanges and access roads.
• Coordinate utilities, drainage, traffic, structures, lighting and landscaping interfaces.
• Provide technical advice on constructability and risk to Clients.
• Support project managers to meet programs and milestones.
• Mentor engineers and promote design quality standards.
